Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist & Holistic Healer

Beth Evans creates safe, supportive spaces for healing and personal growth. With over 10 years of experience and 4,000+ hours of teaching, she helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, release emotional pain, and build resilience through trauma-informed yoga and holistic practices.


As a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, and passionate student of neuroscience and energy healing, Beth blends science and spirituality to support whole-person wellness. Her approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy, offering gentle, empowering tools for healing trauma and restoring balance.

Beth’s journey began with her own healing.

Struggling with chronic neck pain, emotional wounds from childhood, and the challenges of single motherhood, she found solace in yoga. It became more than physical relief—it was a path to emotional and mental clarity. Inspired by this transformation, she now shares these practices with others, especially trauma survivors and children of abuse.

During the COVID pandemic, she expanded her yoga therapy certifications, recognizing that nearly everyone carries some form of trauma. Her mission is to help people move through their experiences, fostering integration and growth rather than remaining stuck in cycles of pain.
