
Beth Evans creates safe, supportive spaces for healing and personal growth. With over 10 years of experience and 4,000+ hours of teaching, she helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, release emotional pain, and build resilience through trauma-informed yoga and holistic practices.
As a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, and passionate student of neuroscience and energy healing, Beth blends science and spirituality to support whole-person wellness. Her approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy, offering gentle, empowering tools for healing trauma and restoring balance.
Struggling with chronic neck pain, emotional wounds from childhood, and the challenges of single motherhood, she found solace in yoga. It became more than physical relief—it was a path to emotional and mental clarity. Inspired by this transformation, she now shares these practices with others, especially trauma survivors and children of abuse.
